The Liquid Waste Furnace is designed with a vertical or horizontal structure, featuring a refractory pouring system. Key components include a waste liquid storage tank, filter, pressure transmitters, waste liquid pump, automatic regulating valve, flow meter, atomizer, compressed air, and pressure transmitters. The waste liquid spray gun utilizes pressure from the pump and compressed air for efficient atomization into the furnace.

The waste liquid pipeline is corrosion-resistant with a dual filter system to prevent blockages. Special design is required for waste liquid containing salt to ensure complete combustion of organic matter while preventing salt melting. Precise temperature control is crucial to maintain furnace stability.
