The air after hydrogen peroxide sterilization is discharged into the technical interlayer of the clean room (if it is necessary to exhaust to the outside, the customer will install an exhaust duct), and the exhaust is equipped with a manganese dioxide decomposition filter as standard, with a hydrogen peroxide concentration of about 1ppm in the discharged air;
8. The chamber air supply panel can be disassembled for filter replacement, verification, etc; The interior of the transfer window is rounded for easy cleaning without leaving any clean dead corners;
9. Sterilization process: item entry - dehumidification - sterilization - residue removal - transfer;
10. Adopting Siemens TP900 and S7-200 PLC controllers, and a hydrogen peroxide concentration probe from Vaisala, Finland.

Q4:How should I supply my own artwork to you?
A: Most preferred format is PDF Illustrator or Coreldraw vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also except.jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files (please enlarge artwork4 times larger than the pin size)
Q5:Will I receive an art proof before you produce my products?
A: Yes, we will send you a proof after receipt of your order and will not produce until we get your approval of the artwork
Q6:How long can you ship the goods? Do you have stock for this item?
A: For products that are in stock, we can deliver to you in 1-3 days. Regular lead time for mass production is 20 days depending on order quantity. We keep some stock for standard item but the stock qty is always floating. Please feel free to contact us to get more update info.
Q7:What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it's in production?
A:Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. No change is accepted once an order is in production. It will be processed as a new order.
