Delve into the meticulous art of FRP Pultrusion production, a sophisticated and continuous process that crafts fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of infinite lengths and consistent sections. The process begins with reinforcement fibers, which can be roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others. These fibers are skillfully impregnated with a polymer matrix consisting of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives, as they pass through a pre-forming station. This step is critical in achieving the stratification needed to bestow the profile with its desired properties. The journey culminates as the resin-impregnated fibers are expertly guided through a heated die, where the resin undergoes polymerization, solidifying its form.

1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
