PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Excellent weathering performance: Select anti-aging scientific formula, PVC (polyvinyl chloride resin) material as main material, mixing anti-UV agent, shielding agent, antioxidant, modifier and other super weathering chemical ingredients. It can convert ultraviolet in sunlight into heat energy then release out, it can prevent air with material occur oxidation reaction and prevent light penetrate through the tile, thereby greatly extend the life of tile.

2. Excellent corrosive resistance: As improved plastic with its own corrosive. There is no chemical reaction when soaked in the salt, alkali and 60% acid in 24 hours. It is very suitable use for corrosive workshop, acid rain-prone areas and coastal areas.

3. Good sound insulation: Composite co-extrusion core layer shielding structure can greatly reduce sound transmission. So it has good absorption of the noise effect, noise will down 30dB than color steel tile.

4. Strong fire resistance: Fireproofing performance≥ class B1 level tested by the National Fire Department. It is a flame retardant materials.

5. Excellent Waterproof: Dense and non-absorbent, big size also can reduce the joint area.

6. Excellent load-carrying ability: It will not be damaged or broken even if snow covers on the tile all the year round in cold area. The test shows that 2.0MM thickness of tile will not be cracked or damaged when loaded with 100KG under the support spacing of 600mm.

7. Excellent heat preservation and heat insulation: The thermal conductivity is 0.325W/M.K, about 1 / 310 of clay tile, 1 / 5 of cement tile, 1 / 2000 of color steel tile. At the same time, it is fully shaded, which greatly improves the heat insulation performance. Experiments have proved that the heat insulation effect is 3~4ºC lower than that of color steel plate.

8. Good Impact resistance:
The test prove that 1kg steel ball fall from 3.0m high place can not make it crack.

9. Excellent insulation: Belong to insulation products, it is not be damaged in case of accidental discharge. It will be more safer at Ray-prone areas to replace metal tile.

10. Green and environment friendly: It does not contain asbestos and radioactive element, it can be recycled, completely meets the requirement of environment protection.

11. Easy to install: With high installation efficiency and light weight, it is easy to load and unload. ( It needs 4-6 sets of waterproof accessories per square meter)

Normally, our FOB price base on 1 container as the roof tile is nude packing. 

1. 20ft container, because of volum limited, the 20ft container could load aroud 26-27 tons with 5.8m length with full container.
2. 40ft container, because of weight limited, the 40ft container could load aroud 27.5-28.5 tons with 11.8m length, but the volum is half container.
