1. Raw material selection:

2. Pipe making process:
-Cold drawn pipe process: Through multiple cold rolling and drawing processes, the hot-rolled plate is gradually turned into a small diameter pipe.
- Hot pressed tube process: Utilize the plasticity of the material to produce capillary tubes with thin walls and smooth surfaces through metal pressing in a hot state.
- Cold drawing pipe making process: requires high accuracy of material cross-sectional area and circumference, which depends on the impact of organizational structure and performance.
3. Surface treatment:
- The purpose is to reduce scale and improve surface finish and corrosion resistance.
- Common surface treatments include pickling, mechanical polishing and electric rust removal.
- As precision mechanical parts, capillary tubes must undergo strict testing and quality control.
- Testing methods include metallographic testing, mechanical performance testing and ultrasonic testing to ensure that the internal structure and physical properties of the product meet standards.
5. Special process:
- Annealing: Solution heat treatment process to improve corrosion resistance and eliminate work hardening.
- Annealing conditions: including reaching the required temperature range (1040~1120°C), using pure hydrogen as the annealing atmosphere, maintaining the sealing of the furnace body, maintaining positive air pressure, and ensuring a dry state in the furnace.
6. Processing technology:
- Stainless steel capillary tubes can be subjected to various finishing processes such as edge milling, rolling, punching, closing, hole making, surface grinding, flaring, shrinking, bending, etc.
- Measure the outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness, straightness, length, and check that there are no cracks and pits on the pipe surface, and conduct a surface roughness test.
