Product Description
Natural gas is a high calorific value coal gas that is prone to detonation under normal conditions. Natural gas is used as the ignition fuel to ignite the ignition burner. After the ignition burner is ignited, the flame detector detects that there is fire inside the burner. Open the main natural gas pipeline valve, and natural gas is sprayed into the burner flame tube from the gas nozzle in multiple streams. After being ignited by the ignitor, it strongly mixes with the radial swirling wind and then uniformly mixes with the axial and tangential small streams of wind, forming a stream like flame that is sprayed into the furnace. The combustion air and fuel quickly mix near the nozzle, accelerating the combustion rate of the fuel, increasing the combustion temperature, and achieving a complete combustion. The flame detector tracks and detects the flame of the ignitor and the main flame. If the flame is extinguished, it sends a signal to the combustion controller in a timely manner, closes the natural gas valve, cuts off the natural gas delivery, and ensures the safety of extinguishing.
