LQ Sand Washing & Recycling Machine
Introduction
The mixture of sand washing water enters the cleaning box. After being cleaned by the impeller separator and the sand and mud are separated, the sand and stone materials enter the lower layer of dehydration sieve for dehydration, and the overflowing wastewater is transported to the high-pressure separator by vacuum high-pressure pump. The fine sand after centrifugal grading and concentration is discharged into the upper layer of the dehydration sieve through the sinking sand nozzle for dehydration.

2LQ series Double Wheel Sand Washer

A washing wheel has been added on the basis of the single-wheel sand washing and recycling all-in-one machine, which is suitable for powder-containing materials with more dirt and high cleaning requirements. The finished product is better than the national standard.

· After the material is washed twice, the amount of mud (powder) is lower, and the finished sand grade is higher after treatment.
· The functions integrate washing sand, fine sand recycling and dehydration, and truly achieve multi-use in one machine.
