Q3: Is a sample free to be provided? What is lead time for sample?
A3: We offer some standard items free of charge. However, there may be a charge for customized samples. Samples are shipped with freight collected. Typically, the lead time for a sample is 10 days.
Q4: Can you do both FOB and CIF?
A4: Absolutely, we offer both FOB and CIF shipping terms for your convenience.
Q5: What is the MOQ of your product?
A5:The MOQ varies depending on the product. For items with ready-made fabrics, we can accommodate orders as small as 100 pieces. If custom fabric is required, then the MOQ would generally be around 1500 pieces.
Q6: What is your delivery time?
A6: Delivery timelines are product-dependent. Generally, you can expect a timeframe of 30 to 40 days.
