The working principle of this coating machine is mainly based on two technologies: evaporation and sputtering.Medium frequency magnetron sputtering technology is one of the more prominent technologies in medium-high temperature medium frequency vacuum coating machines. It uses magnetic field to control the movement of electrons in non-uniform electromagnetic field, so that the evaporated molecules of the film body are accelerated to bombard the target material under the action of electric field, sputtering a large number of target atoms, which are deposited on the substrate to form a thin film. This technology has the characteristics of high sputtering rate, low substrate temperature rise, good film-substrate bonding, and stable device performance.

[ARC ion coating]
The multi-arc ion plating machine uses arc discharge to evaporate the cathode material, and the evaporated material forms positive ions. Under the action of a strong electric field, electrons overflow into the vacuum in the form of field electron emission. The positive ions are attracted to the cathode surface to form a space charge layer, thereby enhancing the performance of the film layer.
[DC sputtering coating]
The principle of PVD gold plating is to form a metal film on the surface of the substrate by ion bombardment and metal ion deposition in a vacuum environment through physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology. The specific process is as follows:
1. Vacuum environment: Under vacuum conditions, the metal target (such as pure gold target) is placed in a vacuum chamber to prevent oxidation and other impurities.
2. Ion bombardment: By applying high voltage and magnetic field, ions are accelerated and hit the metal target in a vacuum environment. These ions will knock out atoms on the surface of the metal target to form metal ions.
3. Deposition: These metal ions are deposited on the surface of the substrate in a vacuum to form a uniform and dense metal film.
