Product Description
This MWF-168 enclosed orbital equipment is composed of integrated program-controlled welding power supply and welding head, and associated with an expert welding database that automatically generates welding data. Under the integration of these processes, pipe welding becomes extremely simple.
The welding head is compact. One can hold it only by one hand. It is with water-cooled and air circuit system, which guarantee itself from over-heating. It is made of precise, safe and durable materials. It shall work once the parameters (i.e., diameter, wall thickness) of pipes are inputted. The small dimensions of the MWF series make it ideal for applications where space is very restricted, such as food and beverage industry , aerospace, etc.
Welding Head
1. The welding head is water-cooled, which protects itself from temporary load rate and over heating.
2. The welding head is lightweight, and easy to carry and operate.
3. Due to the function of speed measurement with feedback, the rotation of the welding head is more accurate and stable, and the angle of the welding seam is monitored in real-time.
4. There are 4 channels of argon protection inside it to improve the quality of welding seam and make the welding seam more beautiful.
5. The welding head adopts a flexible fixture, which can be fine-tuned according to the tolerance range of pipe fittings, so that the welding head can firmly lock the pipe fittings.
6. With the expert welding database, users only need to input the diameter and wall thickness of the pipe fittings, the welding parameters can be automatically generated, and then the welding shall be performed.
Integrated Controlling Power Supply
1. The programmable welding power source consists of the control system, inverter core, cooling water tank, etc. The equipment adopts a German Siemens PLC control system, EWM welding movement, Swiss Maxon motor, Omron relay, and other famous brand configurations.
2. It adopts man-machine interface, a 10'' colorful touch screen. It is easy to operate. Users can choose the language from English to Chinese or vice versa.
3. It is convenient for on-site mobile high-altitude welding operations, since it is lightweight.
4. It has several functions such as parameter saving and printing. One can operate it with basic welding skills.
5. It performs real-time monitoring on welding parameters such as current, voltage, and speed during the welding process, to ensure the safety and efficiency.
