Application:
Laminar flow hood is a purification equipment that provides a local highly clean working environment. It is widely used in teaching, electronics, bioengineering, scientific experiments, etc. It is one of the common instruments in microbiology, tissue culture, and molecular biology experiments.
Working principle:
Air is flowed into the static pressure chamber through the primary filter on the top and the low-noise centrifugal fan, and is uniformly blown out at the top of the operation area through the high efficiency Hepa filter to form a vertical air curtain with high cleanliness. The original natural air in the working area is
removed, and the cleanliness air is reached in five minutes after the machine is started. The adjustable fan is used to adjust the air volume at different speeds.
Structure feature:
1. The whole equipment adopts cold-rolled plate welding, and the surface is electrostatic sprayed.
2. The air supply mode of the equipment is divided into vertical air supply and horizontal air supply, quasi-closed glass damper, which is easy to operate.
3. Small and exquisite, it can be freely placed on the general workbench for operation, which is convenient for use in small chambers.
4. The fan system is controlled by a remote switch fast and slow dual speed to ensure that the wind speed in the work area is always in an ideal state.
