DN2 Series Integrated Transgun
Equipment Main CharacteristicsDN2 Integrated Transgun, also called Manual Transgun and Integral Welding Gun, have two kinds of welding power source: AC Type and Middle Frequency Inverter DC Type.
Two configurations of guns available: Scissors X Type (Scissors Type) -Guns and C Type-Guns.
Also have two different shapes of welding clamps: X Shape and C Shape.
Its complete Integrated Transgun Workstation mainly includes the following parts: steel frame and guide rail, balancer, welding transformer and welding clamp, water cable, welding controller, etc.
1. This product integrates three parts of the spot welder (welding transformer, welding arms, pneumatic cylinder), reduce the volume by more than 70%, Reduce weight by more than 80%, save power more than 72.3%.
2. The machine can be used to move the upper, left, right, front and back in the space by the balancer. The welder can rotate in any direction of X, Y and Z.
Weld Gun can be maneuvered in all 3 axes. The operation is light and flexible, and the whole position direction welding is realized.
3. Because the transformer is located near the arms of a transgun and there is no water-cooled cable restricting reach, the transgun is smaller and has better electrical efficiency.
4. The machine can be weld carbon steel plates, coated plates, stainless steel, etc., and is widely used in automobiles, motorcycles, aviation, cabinets, light industrial machinery, household appliances and construction etc.
