The Simple Dry Mortar Ribbon Mixer Production Line is to produce all kinds of building material mortar products, including cement based mortar, sand based mortar and gypsum based mortar products, such as Masonry Mortar, wall and floor tile adhesive mortar, decorative plaster, interior or exterior wall putty, colorful decoration mortar, or the protection mortar like water-proof mortar, anti-corrosion mortar, self leveling mortar, repair mortar and the thermal insulation mortar, etc.
The Simple Dry Mortar Ribbon Mixer Production Line, capacity is 1-6 Ton per hour (depends on different model), which is a complete production line from mixing and packaging plant. The complete line consists of a feeding screw conveyor with hopper, a ribbon mixer, a screw conveyor for transfer and discharge, a finished product hopper, one/two valve packing machine, an air compressor and a control cabinet. it is a simple, complete but a practical production line.
Working process as below:
The well-mixed materials will go into the mixer by first screw conveyor, after 10-15min mixing, the well mixed products will transit to the end product storage hopper within 3-5 minute and waiting for packing. The second screw conveyor is to empty the mixer and go to next batch mixing as soon as possible. Meanwhile the mixer can be feed consecutively and work continuously in this complete line. The packing machine is valve type that is very convenient, it can automatically weighing and sealing.
