Working principle of oil free water lubrication compressor:
The oil-free water-cooled compressor typically uses a screw-type main engine for compression.When the main engine starts,the helical rotors begin to rotate,drawing air into the interior of the main engine.As the helical rotors rotate,the air is compressed and gradually heated.During this process,water lubrication technology is introduced, injecting water into the main engine through a water lubrication system to cool and lubricate the helical rotors. The temperature of the air increases during compression. To ensure the quality and stability of the compressed air, it is necessary to cool the high-temperature air. The oil-free water-cooled compressor employs water cooling technology, using a cooling water circulation system to inject cooling water into the main engine to cool the high-temperature air. The temperature of the cooled air is reduced,enhancing the quality and stability of the compressed air.
Filtration process:To ensure the purity of the compressed air,the oil-free water-cooled compressor is equipped with a filtration system.During compression, impurities and particulate matter in the air are intercepted and removed by the filtration system. The filtered air is purer and suitable for various fields requiring high-quality compressed air.
Exhaust process:The air that has been compressed, cooled, and filtered is expelled from the main engine and enters the post-processing system.The post-processing system further treats and adjusts the compressed air to meet the needs of different fields. Ultimately, the treated compressed air is delivered to the point of use, providing stable power support for various equipment.
