- The product is a very effective early vulcanization inhibitor, which basically exerts no influence on positive vulcanization time.
- Effectively prevent the scorch of rubber in high temperature processing, to contribute to the running of calender and extruder in high temperature and at a high speed, and improve the production capacity of the vulcanizer;
- Improve the storage stability of rubber, prevent scorch during storage, and exert regenerating effect on the rubber that has been treated at high temperature or has exposed to the risk of scorch.
- CTP-80 is easy to weigh and disperse, and does not fly, with small ammonia smell, thus effectively protecting operators' health
- Frosting may occur when the dosage exceeds 0.6phr. Higher dosage may slightly affect tensile strength, but sulfur can be added with 0.1-0.15phr for compensation.
- It is generally used together with secondary sulfonamide or thiazole accelerators, to improve processing safety without affecting the properties of vulcanizates
