Preservation lines are mainly used for protection of sheet metal and components with a thin layer of primer coating, or for basic color application in the storage and processing stage.
They combine preheat dry, surface preparation, cleaning, coating, and drying processes on one production line. When leaving the system, freshly processed parts can be stored for a long period of time until they are needed for the subsequent manufacturing process without the risk of corrosion or rust.
These systems provide a high degree of automation, and they can easily be integrated in continuous flow production. If needed, they can be incorporated with other working stations and processes, including leveling, cutting, welding, and final coating.
They also provide significant economic benefits for high-volume production and quality preservation as most procedures - including blast cleaning, dust removal, surface preparation, coating, and drying processes - are fully automated.
