Product Description

(8) Heat treatment: Carburizing by multi-purpose furnace, carburizing layer depth 1.3-1.8, DC55OHV=1.1-1.4, tooth surface hardness HRC58-62, core hardness HRC33-48.
(9)Production process: The bar material is forged into blanks, normalized, rough and fine turned, gear cutting, heat treated, grinded, paired and ground, and finally each pair is inspected, cleaned, and rust-proofed before packaging and storage as finished products.
