1,Instructions for ordering of hydraulic fluid coupling
Features: improves starting ability of motor, protects motor against overload, reduces shock and vibration and harmonizes load distribution in case of multiple drives.
Application: various kinds of machinery, such as various types of conveyors, e.g. belt conveyor, scraper conveyor, etc., bucket elevator, ball mill, winch, crusher, excavator, mixer, straightener, crane, etc. (See Table 2)
Selection: in case there are no special requirements, first select the specification of hydraulic couping (with oil as its transmission medium) in the specification selection table or power chart according to motor speed (i.e. input speed of hydraulic coupling) and transmission power, then select the model which you desire among various types of hydraulic couplings manufactured by our company. (See Table 1)
Ordering: the inlet and outlet diameter, length and keyway size of all drive types are machined according to the user's requirements. In case the equipment needs to operate at a speed lower (or higher) than that listed in the table, we can help you with type selection in order to supply corresponding hydraulic couplings. We can manufacture any type of hydraulic coupling with various specifications according to the user's requirements.
We can supply WBQ-II electronic blowout preventer used with hydraulic coupling to protect it from spraying liquid. If the user needs it, please indicate it in the contract.
