1 , Function : This machine is mainly used for precise cutting of elastic materials such as sealing strips, rubber pads, etc.
2,Mechanical characteristics:
(1) The machine adopts touch screen+PLC microcomputer automatic control, which is simple and convenient to use. The feeding system adopts up and down synchronous high-power stepping motor+high subdivision driver control, which is specially designed for elastic and easily deformed materials to effectively ensure the cutting accuracy of materials.
(2) The cutting length, quantity and speed can be freely set It will automatically stop and give an alarm when the number arrives. It has the function of emergency power off data storage to ensure that the data will not be lost. In particular, it is equipped with the function of pause protection to ensure that the materials in cutting will continue to feed after the pause is resumed, and no excess waste will be generated. The pneumatic automatic pressing mode is adopted, which is simple and fast.
(3) The whole machine shell is made of high-temperature baking varnish, which is both beautiful and durable. The machine sheet metal is formed by bending 5mm thick steel plate, effectively ensuring the stability of the machine in production.
(4) The imported cooling fan is added to ensure that the machine can be used 24 hours without stopping.
