AMR robot on-site network requirements:
A smooth network is essential for the rapid and high-quality implementation of the project. Please ensure that the on-site environment meets the following WIFI communication conditions:
a) Minimum signal strength at network coverage edge: -70dBm
b) Minimum signal-to-noise ratio: 20dBm
c) Network overlap:20%
d) Channel overlap: No more than -90dBm
e) Typical/Maximum roaming time: The robot's wireless client device needs to support the configuration or negotiation of the wireless roaming threshold for the corresponding frequency band.
Signal levels below the above requirements may cause issues such as disconnections. Please be aware in advance.
Ground and Application Environment:
1. Foundation bearing capacity: >500KG/m².
2. Surface flatness: Less than 2cm (slope of the main drive section).
3. Continuous climbing ability of AGV:5%. Please keep all slopes within 5%. We have increased the chassis height to allow the robot to better navigate uneven and pothole-ridden surfaces.
4. Expansion joints, settlement joints, seismic joints, and division joints have specific requirements.
Design requirements for these joints:
a) Efforts should be made to avoid joints on the AGV travel path.
b) AGVs can pass over joints less than 5cm wide without special treatment.
c) For joints with a width of 5-50mm, the upper 50mm of the joint can be filled with asphalt paste. The lower 100mm can be filled with asphalt paste foam strips or embedded with M10 cement mortar, with the surface treated with silicone paper as a separator.
d) For joints with a width of 50-450mm, metal cover plates can be used.
e) For settlement joints of certain widths, special methods or tools may be used.
AMR can pass:
It's not suitable for AMR.
5. Other construction requirements:
To ensure smooth operation of the AGV, the ground surface can be finished with a layer of cement, epoxy resin, tiles, wood flooring, or other materials.
Fibers on the AGV running surface can improve surface flatness and reduce the impact of joints on AGV/AMR.
