Product Description
1. The working process:
Put the defatted gauze roll cut according to the specifications on the rear frame of the folding machine, extend the head to the mop stick, start the machine to complete the 8-layer, 12-layer non-folded gauze product;
2. Machine specification:
(1) The folding machine adopts a dual-channel design, equipped with a tension system and a humidification system;(2) The folding cabinet body is made of steel plate. The triangle block and the large plate are all made of aluminum alloy, with oxidation treatment;
(3) The guide roller of the folding machine, and the trough part is made of stainless steel;
(4) The roller core is made of alloy materials, quenched and tempered, and electroplated;
(5) The shell adopts Shuanghu brand enamel paint
