Product Description
This series of machines are manutactured with the latest European technology .It is a special extrusion equipment for high-end ceramric marerials. cemet products and semi- hard plastic viscous materials. The material, technical structure, electrical system and operating system ofthe equipment are manufactured according to European standards. High degree of automation and good operability. In addition,it has long service life and saves maintenance cost.
High performance vacuum series extruders are widelyused in the extrusion of various types ofhigh- end ceramics, wal board building materials and other wet products ni hte building materials manufacturing industry. The equipment has advanced functions, mature technology, stable performanceand high efficiency.
Product Features :
1. Auger:
1) Welded by wear resistant electrode, this auger could be reusable; Spraying wear-resistant metal materials (the hardness is 7 times of normal one), which ensure a long service life of auger.
2) High chromium casting material with High wear resistance feature, It has a long service life for producing 24 million bricks.
2. Gear reducer
It is adopted the high_quality alloy steel materials which is manufactured with carburizing, quenching, grinding process, Level-6 grade precision, the hardness is up to HRC54~62 with feature of high loading capacity and long service life.
3. Shaft:
It is adopted the Chinese top quality shaft material: 40Cr or marketing code 45, all the material with heat treatment ,which has advantages of good wear resistance, large transmission torque and long service life.
4. Bearing
All bearing shall be adopted the international famous brand Timken Bearing and Chinese famous brand Hawaluo bearing etc.
This machine is widely used in extrusion of high-end ceramics, wallboard building materials and other wet products. The materials can be clay, fly ash, shale, coal gangue and etc.
