Introduction of Mobile Nitrogen Generation System
To meet the requirements of nitrogen injection in new oilfield production processes, pipeline nitrogen purging, and other applications, our company has developed a system that combines a screw low-pressure air compressor, membrane nitrogen system, and high-pressure nitrogen boosting compressor system. This system can provide users with high-pressure nitrogen with a flow rate of 20Nm³/min and a pressure range of 15-35MPa.
The nitrogen generation system is designed in a skid-mounted form, with two separate skid blocks. The system is divided into three modules: the screw low-pressure air compressor module, the membrane nitrogen system module, and the high-pressure nitrogen boosting compressor module. The screw low-pressure air compressor module and the membrane nitrogen system module are installed on one skid block, while the high-pressure nitrogen boosting compressor system is on another skid block. The system is air-cooled and driven by a diesel engine, and the skid blocks are equipped with metal enclosures, making them easy to install on the chassis of vehicles, making it particularly suitable for field operations in oilfields.
The air in the atmosphere is first compressed to 1.4MPa by a diesel engine-driven air-cooled screw compressor. It is then dried by a refrigeration-type dryer and purified by a filter before entering the membrane nitrogen system. The 1.4MPa compressed air is subjected to membrane separation and diffusion, resulting in nitrogen at a pressure of 1.2MPa with a purity greater than 95%. This 1.2MPa nitrogen is further pressurized to 35MPa by an air-cooled piston compressor.
Components of the Mobile Nitrogen Generation Equipment System
The four main components of the mobile nitrogen generation equipment are as follows:
1. Air Compressor Unit: This includes an air compressor driven by a diesel engine or an electric motor, along with a local control system.
2. Membrane Separation Nitrogen Generation Device: This consists of an air purification system, a membrane separation nitrogen generation system, and a central control system.
3. Booster Unit: This includes a booster compressor driven by a diesel engine or an electric motor, along with a local control system.
4. Auxiliary Equipment: This may include a diesel generator, fuel tank, container/skid body (which can be a single-box, dual-box, or multiple-box configuration as needed), and other equipment required to support oil and gas production processes, such as foam metering pumps.
Our products, incorporating technology from Austria's LMF and Germany's Mannesmann Demag companies, exhibit high reliability. Wearable parts like gas valves and piston rings use products from Austria's Hoerbiger company, with a lifespan exceeding 8000 hours. The system supports soft starting, allowing frequent start and stop cycles for the compressor. It features a wide intake range for broad adaptability. The overall skid-mounted structure results in low noise and is easy to install in urban areas, leading to investment savings.
It is equipped with a Siemens PLC control system for high automation, ABB soft start (or variable frequency), and features automatic shutdown with audible and visual alarms in case of faults

Q:How do you package the compressors?
A:For smaller compressors, we utilize robust plywood boxes that conform to export specifications.
For the larger units, we strategically place them in freight containers, implementing secure fastening methods to safeguard against any potential damage during the shipping process.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:Usually, the payment is made by T/T with a 30% down payment upon confirmation of the Proforma Invoice (PI), and the balance is to be paid after inspection and before shipment. We accept both TT and L/C at sight.
