Thermal Analysis Cups with Tellurium for iron casting

The thermal analysis cups with tellurium are designed to achieve fast and reliable results from the thermal analysis of iron casting. They have high-precision K-type thermocouples or S type, . The S type is used to measure the carbon content, while the K type measures the cerium content, carbon content, and silicon content in the cast iron.

Principle of measurement:
The collection of temperature curves is conducted by the microprocessor. Contents of carbon and silicon and the quality of molten iron can be calculated by the crystallization process of molten iron.

Cup-CE without tellurium; is used for "Carbon Equivalent" determination of cast iron.

Cup-C with tellurium reliable data for thermal analysis to read CE, C & Si of cast iron.

Cup-HC is specially used for the determination of the high carbon equivalent of cast iron / S.G. Iron.
