Product Description
MGK100 tire gantry crane is used for loading and unloading of large components and short-distance transportation.
The rated lifting capacity of the equipment is 100t, and the ground pressure is 0.6MPa. The operating site can be a hardened cement concrete road surface or asphalt concrete road surface. There is no need to use a high-bearing capacity foundation structure, which reduces the cost of customer infrastructure construction.
Product features
1 The whole equipment adopts a hydraulic transmission system, which effectively reduces the weight of the whole equipment and improves flexibility and maneuverability.
2. The operating mechanism has the functions of horizontal and vertical movement, 360° rotation on the spot with the vehicle geometric center as the center, forward, backward, braking, etc. All the above actions are hydraulically driven.
3. The drive unit adopts a closed circuit, which is energy-saving, high-efficiency, low-noise, safe and reliable.4. The lifting unit is driven by four sets of hydraulic winches, and the fixed pulley group and the movable pulley group ensure that the bearing capacity of each lifting point is greater than 30 tons.
5. The four-point lifting and three-point balancing technology can ensure the balance of the entire system when the load weight is unevenly distributed, and no overload will occur at any lifting point.
6. The control unit adopts electro-hydraulic servo pilot technology. The control actions of all systems are completed by solenoid valves. There is no need to operate various valve groups by manpower, which improves the comfort of operation, reduces labor intensity, and meets the requirements of ergonomics.
7. There is an anti-explosion tire tipping device under each set of tires to prevent accidents such as equipment tipping.
8. The power supply system is powered by an electronically controlled direct injection diesel engine, and the working modes are divided into idling conditions, lifting conditions, steering conditions, and walking conditions.
9. In order to adapt to the handling and lifting of different equipment of customers, a multi-point combined sling is adopted. The sling has multiple lifting points in the horizontal and longitudinal directions. The lifting point distance can be adjusted on-site according to the needs of customers to meet different usage requirements.
