Micropore Ceramic Filter Plate for Ceramic Disc Vacuum Filter Machine
Ceramic filtering plate with micro pores: it can be divided as white corundum, brown fused alumina and carborundum. Main material is Al203 or SiC, and also added some inorganic binder and pore-forming agent. It is shaped up by gradient hydraulic compression and two-round sintering with high temperature of 1800~2100ºC. Pressure resistance is 8 bars.
Due to the countless capillary in this kind of porous material, it can develop the capillary function .As a consequence, only the water can pass through the filter plate due to the capillary function in the whole process, but the air and solid never pass through, thereby to achieve the filtration task.
