This equipment is mainly used in manufacturing shops of pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries etc. It is applied to the drying, heating, sterilization and ripening of medicines, biological products, agricultural products and by products. Specially, it is excellent in the drying effect of various pills and granulated materials.

(3) High-tension transformer adopts secondary cooling system, ensuring that the machine can continuously work for 24 hours.
Structural Features:
This series cabinet microwave equipment is composed of control unit, microwave heating cabinet, three-dimensional rotating basket, rotation system, and electrical system. Its exterior is neat and beautiful.
3.1, the material is 304# stainless,which meet Chinese medical GMP standard.
3.2, the magnetrons are from Panasonic or Sumsung compamy.
3.3The transducer is from Panasonic Japan.
3.4 PLC controlling, the machine working process is detected and alarmed automatically through far infrared sensor control device once found the problem.
3.5. The temperate is controlled and measured by the far infrared thermometer that is made in USA.
3.6. The microwave box of the machine is installed door controlling switch, which can stop microwave leakage, when the oven of the machine's door is opened.
3.7. The special and excellent cooling system, which is formed of the microwave power transform oil and water(the technology is from USA).
3.8.The launch of microwave way is controlled by special wave guide, which make the microwave power is fully released and distributed uniformly. The wave guide way patent number is :ZL200820028285.X.
