- Adopting famous-brand pneumatic components like Taiwan Delta,KEYENCE,Taiwan AirTAC,broken-rate is low, stable ,reliable and durable.
- Easy to adjust the filling scope and speed,no bottles no filling,it is equipped with mixing hopper and auto liquid control system,convenient to material feeding ensuring constant filling.
- Made of SUS316 stainless steel,piston volume counting, high filling accuracy, piston will engender pressure injection to bottles by pushing of main cylinder after bottles arriving at expected position. Quick piston-type is convenient to dismantle,clean and maintenance.
- Humanized design,no changing elements,no adjusting,easy to adjust the equipment for different bottles,strong applicability.
- Adopting PLC touch screen controlling,frequency conversion,auto count,easy to operate,it is convenient to be linked to the production lines,high degree of automatic.
- Mainly made of SUS304, including frame, material contacting steel will be SUS316 or anti-corrosive material,delicate & durable,easy to clean.
