Jig Concentrator/Jig Separator is one of the ideal devices in energy-saving gravity separation, mainly used in the mining industry for ore dressing, such as diamond, tungsten, tin, manganese,ilmenite, hemtite,rutile sand etc. The maximum feeding particle size is 6-30mm and can be reach 30mm in producing sand ore process.Our jig machine adopts advanced jig technology, reach the leading level.
Gelin Supply two types:one is sawtooth wave jig; another one is hydraulic radial jig.
Sawtooth Wave Jig is one of the types of modern gravity separation equipment,it uses electromagnetic stepless speed regulation which features even rotation, smooth ore current, strong adaptability to selected materials, good separation effects of medium and fine grains, and water saving. As such jigs have large handling capacity and wide range of sorting particle sizes as well as easy for operation and maintenance, they are mainly used to sort alluvial gold, tungsten ores, tin ores, hematite, manganese and beach placer.
