capping machine description:
The machine can continuously supply the bottle cap to the hopper of the capping machine through special stainless steel pipe, its structure is simple and practical, easy operation and maintenance, the biggest advantage of the machine is that it does not pollute the purified air of the filling room.
The machine is mainly composed of cover storage box, conveying pipe, fan, transmission device and electrical control structure, and the capacity of the machine is controlled by the electronic detection device of the hopper of the capping machine.
Main structure: The body is made of stainless steel, special stainless steel pipe.
Bottles in air conveyor are transported through starwheel to rinser of the 3-in-1 monoblock. The circumgyrating tray of rinser equips mouth-blocking grippers. The gripper clamps bottle mouth and turns 180°along the guide rail and makes bottle mouth down. In given area of the rinser, the given nozzle sprays disinfectant to sterilize inner wall of the bottle and outer wall of bottle, too.
The cleaning bottle is guided out through starwheel and into filler. The bottle in filler is hold by bottle neck splint. Filling valves moves up and down through valve elevating organ under effect of cam.
Filler adopts gravity filling way. Bottle moves up to open filling valve and starts filling. When material in bottle rises and blocks air returning hole, filling ends. After filling finishes, bottle mouth descends and leaves filling valve. The bottle enters capper through transition starwheel. The faucet of capper blocks bottle neck, keeping bottle upright and preventing rotation. Screw capping head keeps revolution and rotation, under cam effect, to achieve action of grasping cap, sleeving cap, screwing cap and pulling off cap, to finish the whole capping process.
Finished bottle is transported through outfeed starwheel to outfeed conveyor and is sent out of the 3-in-1 through the conveyor.
