Main material: PET chips, PET flakes and other PET waste materials.Main products: polyester solid fiber (1.2D-33D), three dimensional hollow conjugated staple fiber (3D-15D).
Spinning & Take-up Process Description
In this PSF Production Line Technical Annexure, PET raw materials of solid state will be converted into tow pieces through drying, extrusion, melting, filtration and spinning.
Spinning Line equipment is composed of main production equipment, accessory equipment and civil works. Mainly including following:
Main production equipment: Drying system, Screw Extruder, Polymer Filter, Melt Pipe, Spin Beam, Metering Pump, Metering Pump Driving System, Spin Pack, Quenching Unit, Draw-off Wall, Capstan Roller and Can Transverse Device.

Draw line Process Description
In this PSF Draw Line Technical Annexure, qualified PSF tow pieces after spinning and oiling shall be further processed for gathering, stretching, crimping, cutting, drying, and finally packed into Fiber Bale at required weight.
Draw Line equipment is also composed of main production equipment, accessory equipment and civil works. Mainly including following:
Main equipment: Can Creel Stand, Guide, Tow Guide Stand, Oil Dip Bath, First Stretcher, Water Draw Bath, Second Stretcher, Steam Box, Third Stretcher, Tow Stacker, Steam Preheating Box, Crimper, Silicone Oil Sprayer, Tension Stand, Cutter, Fiber Spreader, Relax Heat Setting Oven, Tension machine, cutter, Pneumatic conveyor, Tow Chainplate conveyor, Baler.
