FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPITION
Rewinding:
1 2 pcs 1 inch normal air shafts for 1 inch roll slitting and rewinding;
2 2 pcs 1.5 inch 3 inch normal air shaft for 3 inch roll slitting and rewinding;
3 2 pcs 3 inch air shaft for 3 inch roll slitting and rewinding;
4 Full width pressing rollers by air control to ensure the finished roll surface keep smooth;
5 Anti Stati Remove Brush for both up and down rewinding press roller;
6 Automatic tension control to ensure the rewinding tension stable;
7 Automatic EPC edge guider to ensure the slitting and rewinding roll surface smooth;
Unwinding:
1 Magnetic Brake with load cell close loop system for unwind tension control;
2 3 inch uwinding system, easily change the mini jumbo roll;
3 Back Control Button & Screen Display make the operator easily control the slitter at back side;
