The ZL series special ceramic filter series products are a new product that integrates high-tech such as electromechanical, microporous ceramic plates, automation control, and ultrasonic cleaning. The working principle of ceramic filters is similar to that of traditional filters. It uses the vacuum generated by extracting the inner cavity of the ceramic plate to generate a pressure difference with the outside, causing the suspended materials in the material tank to adsorb on the ceramic plate under negative pressure. Solid materials cannot be intercepted on the surface of the ceramic plate through microporous ceramics
The liquid smoothly passes through the gas-liquid distribution device due to the effect of vacuum pressure difference and the hydrophilicity of the ceramic plate

1.1 Filter cake formation (suction area)
At the beginning of the work, the ceramic plate immersed in the slurry tank forms a thick layer of particle accumulation on the surface under the action of vacuum. The filtrate is filtered through the ceramic plate to the distribution valve and reaches the vacuum bucket.
1.2 Filter cake drying (drying area)
The rotor carries the filter cake through the suction area to the drying area, and the filter cake continues to be dehydrated and dried under vacuum.
1.3 Filter cake stripping (discharge area)
The rotor rotates through the main shaft to bring the dried filter cake to the discharge area, and the function of the scraper device
Unload the material and directly slide it to the fine sand tank or transport it to the desired location through a belt.
1.4 Backwashing (Backwashing Area)
After unloading, the ceramic plate enters the backwash area. At this time, the filtrate from the ceramic filter itself or external tap water (such as industrial water that can also be used after sedimentation) is used. Through the backwash pipeline and pressure adjustment, it enters the inner cavity of the ceramic plate through the distribution valve. The micropores of the ceramic plate are cleaned from the inside out, and the residual minerals on the surface of the ceramic
plate are washed off to achieve the cleaning purpose. And suction
The working process of drying negative pressure is opposite, and it is in a positive pressure working state.
