The Tiger manual die cutting machine is used for die cutting and creasing various types of paper, paperboard, corrugated board, label, and plastic sheets, with functions of single pressing and cutting, continuous pressing and cutting with or without an adjustable delay during the continuation. The operation system is well-designed and easy to use, and the clamp for pressing can be opened at a wide angle. It is equipped with a central lubrication system and automatic oil pumps. The body of the machine is made of high strength cast iron. It is also equipped with a large flywheel, which ensures high pressure for cutting.

Q: What kind of materials that the model can die cut?
A: Paper and paperboards, corrugated boards. With an optional heating plate it can also die cut plastic sheets, eg. PVC, PP sheets.
Q: Can the machine do embossing?
A: Yes. It requires for embossing stampers (also known as cliché). The TYMA series is perfect for embossing as it can apply a large pressure to make the effect.
Q: Does the machine have relay function?
A: Yes, you can control the machine to have delays before (for putting the material in the machine) and during the stamping (to get a better stamping result).
Q: How long will be the delivery time?
A: It takes around 15 to 20 days to build a manual machine once the order is confirmed.
Q: Do you provide a warranty?
A: We provide an one-year free warranty and a lifetime after-sale services. We also provide technical support after sales at low cost.
