Inspection and Testing
1 We have a professional quality control department, every step from raw materials to finished products is in the same factory, and every process will be tested by professional inspectors.
2 Before the hydraulic cylinder is assembled, each spare part will be measured and cleaned. After the hydraulic cylinder is assembled, it will be pressure tested one by one. In the nearly one-hour test, we ensure that the test pressure is 2 times higher than the rated pressure. Each hydraulic cylinder must be tested without any leakage.
