Product Overview
CIP cleaning system is a kind of in situ cleaning system used for food and beverage factory cleaning. Food, especially dairy processing equipment and pipes, will produce some sediments after use. If they are not cleaned timely and thoroughly, the quality of products will be directly affected.CIP, namely in-situ cleaning system, means that the whole production line circularly cleans and disinfects in the closed loop without manual disassembly or opening. It is an ideal method for cleaning equipment and pipelines. It has been widely used in the food industry, especially in the dairy industry, and has achieved automation. Milk itself is a nutrient substance, which is vulnerable to pollution and deterioration. Therefore, cleaning is the most important production link in dairy processing and production, and is the prerequisite for qualified products.
Product structure

Cleaning Time Reference
1. Water washing: 10-20 minutes, temperature: 40-50ºC.
2. Alkali washing cycle: 20-30 minutes, temperature: 60-80ºC.
3. Intermediate water washing cycle: 10 minutes, temperature: 40-50ºC.
4. Pickling cycle: 10-20 minutes, temperature: 60-80ºC.
5. Final water washing with pure water: 15 minutes, temperature: 40-50ºC.
CIP Classification
1.According to the number of configured storage tanks, it is divided into: one tank, two tanks, three tanks, four tanks, etc.
2.According to different control methods, it can be divided into: manual control, semi-automatic control, fully automatic configuration and other methods.
3. According to the number of cleaning circuits, it is divided into: 1-way, 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way.
