COMPACT CARTRIDGE DUST COLLECTOR
The CDC compact cartridge dust collector offers customizable cartridge options tailored to various dust conditions. Upon entry, larger and heavier particles are immediately filtered and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box. Simultaneously, finer, lighter particles are intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges, allowing only clean air to pass through the inner walls and into the clean room for efficient discharge by the fan.
An advanced automatic cleaning system within the dust collector ensures optimal performance. The electromagnetic valve activates, directing compressed air through the blowing pipes to the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges accumulated dust from the outer surfaces of the cartridges, which is then neatly collected in the dust collection box.
The ingeniously designed vertical cartridge installation not only guarantees superior pulse cleaning efficiency but also effectively prevents secondary dust accumulation.
