Established in 2009 in Dongguan, Xin Hua / Tikanna Lighting is a professional manufacturer for design-oriented lighting and decoration products for residential and hotel projects. Our product category includes chandelier, wall lamp, table lamp, floor lamp, ceiling lamp, decoration and hardware furniture. We ship 20% to domestic market and 80% to the rest of the world. Our production capacity is 30 containers per month and we could produce more while we improve gradually.
XINHUA' facility covers 7,000 square meters, including all procedures of hardware, assembling and packing workshops. We are working with multiple materials including brass, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, crystal, glass, marble etc. We have flexible workshop, which helps our customers to finish urgent orders in short time.
In order to meet the requirements from customers, we passed the products certification of CE, CB, CCC, RoHS and company quality approval ISO. Each step of manufacturing is well completed under our strict QA & QC system. Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: First, our products are produced strictly according to the ISO quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
