World brand JW36 H frame double crank power press. This type stamping presses have tonnage range from 110ton to 630ton. Straight side mono block type body has more strength and rigidness. Eight surfaces slide guides are more precise for punching and blanking. JW36 straight press has bigger bolster, which is suitable for progressive die stamping.
H frame double crank press is widely used for automtic progressive die stamping, big sheet punching, multi station moulds stamping and tin can making line. The h frame structure ensures the high rigidness and the double crank transmission makes the balance power points suitable for wider table.

1) Wet type pneumatic clutch and brake, lower noise and longer service life. High quality seals ensure to prohibit the oil leak problem.
2) Double crankshafts pitmen totally eliminating side forces by reverse rotation. Welded steel plate framework with high intensity of machine body.
