CEM-201 DC Motor Technology Trainer
· This trainer is designed specifically to meet the operational training needs of various DC motors, covering DC series motors, DC parallel motors, DC composite generators, and related testing panels, ensuring that students can access a wide range of DC motor types and technologies.
2. Standardized installation and combination:
· All motors and generators are equipped with standard aluminum profile mounting bases, couplings, and foot pads, making experimental combinations more convenient. With universal couplings of the same height, various experimental configurations can be easily achieved.
3. Modular design
· The framework adopts standard aluminum profiles, combined with modular experimental panel design, allowing for the construction of different experimental combinations on a flexible two-layer structure. This design not only improves the diversity of experiments, but also facilitates adjustments according to different training needs.
· All upper components, such as experimental modules, power modules, and frame brackets, can be disassembled, further enhancing the flexibility and scalability of the system.
· All terminals are led out to the printed composite panel, equipped with 4mm safety sockets, and connected through fully sealed sheathed pluggable connectors. This design not only improves the safety and reliability of electrical connections, but also facilitates maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Excellent flexibility and scalability:
· The bottom of the entire device is designed with a lockable truck moving device, which facilitates training and demonstrations at different locations.
· Training content can be expanded by connecting other CHOIEO modular electrical devices, enabling trainers to adapt to constantly changing training needs and technological developments.
