MPP pipe, which is short for Modified Polypropylene, is a new type of composite pipe made of modified polypropylene.It is made of special formula and processing technology. It has the advantages of higher strength, better high temperature resistance, easier to install and lower cost than the general PE pipe . It is suitable for the depth of 2-18 meters.
Mpp power pipe is suitable for more than 10KV high voltage transmission wire and cable pipe, plastic pipe. It is also widely used in the area of Telecommunication pipe, Gas pipe, Water supply pipe and Heating pipe.
The implementation standard is DL/T802.7-2010.

Note:
1. This series of pipes are mainly used in MPP electric power pipe. The nominal pressure refers to the maximum allowable working pressure of the pipe conveying water at 20ºC.
2. The weight of the above table is calculated according to the average density of 0.95g/cm³, and the outer diameter and wall thickness are taken as the nominal value plus half of the limit deviation.

1. MPP pipe has excellent electrical insulation.
2. MPP pipe has higher thermal deformation temperature and low temperature impact performance.
3. MPP pipe has higher tensile and compression resistance than HDPE.
4. MPP pipe is light, smooth, frictional resistance is small, can be hot-melt butt joint.
5. MPP tube long-term use temperature-5 ~ 70 ºC.
6. Construction instructions:
1) It is strictly forbidden to drop, hit, scratch, or expose to the sun during the transportation and construction of pipes.
2) The axis of the two pipes must be aligned during the hot-melt butt joint, and the end face cutting should be vertical and flat.
3) The processing temperature, time, pressure, and climate conditions are adjusted accordingly.
4) The minimum bending radius of the pipe should be ≥75 pipe outer diameter.
Q1: What about the sample?
A1: Our sample is usually well prepared and coated well, and delivered to customers by international courier(DHL, FedEx, TNT etc.) .
Q2: What about your payment terms?
A2: We usually use T/T payment term, but L/C is also fine. In the future, we will continue to support other payment terms.
Q3: How long is the expected delivery time of the product?
A3: We will complete orders below 10,000 meters within 15 working days, and the final arrival time will be affected by the shipping date.
Q4: Could you use our labels or printings instead of yours? (ODM)
A4: Yes, it depends on the requests of customer. But important data must be printed on the pipe such as outer diameter, wall thickness, PN data, SDR data, Production standard, Place of origin and date of production.
Q5: Could you offer special package services?
A5: Yes. We could offer the package on customer' s requests. It might have some extra fees.
Q6: What is the service life of your product?
A6: The service life should be 50 years.But you must follow our correct storage and construction precautions, otherwise the consequences need to be borne by yourself.
Q7: How could you guarantee the quality of you product?
A7: We could offer MSDS, COA, TDS files on customer' s requests and charge for additional charges. In addition, we'll take random samples and analyze them.
