MT-1100 A4 Paper Cutting Machine
1.This machine is suitable for automatic cutting of various specifications of office paper/high gloss photo paper; It can also be used for one-time cutting of various specifications of PET, self-adhesive, and paper plastic composite materials.
2.This machine adopts a servo motor for fixed length cutting, and is centrally controlled by a PLC program control system. It is designed for the market's reel materials and can be cut into different specifications in one go through a program.
At the same time, it passes through the conveyor belt and is transported to the sorting table for automatic stacking.
The conveying part is separated by stainless steel baffles, so that the left and right materials do not cross, and the sorting is smooth. Easy to operate and highly automated; Compared to traditional slitting techniques, it saves labor.
3.The transmission system is centrally controlled through mechanical cams, combined with pneumatic, photoelectric sensors, and other systems.
The feeding system adopts a cylinder expansion shaft automatic lifting device with a large loading capacity; This machine integrates light, electricity, gas, and has the advantages of high cutting accuracy, mechanical stability, and low noise.
4.The main motor adopts advanced functions such as variable frequency speed regulation, automatic counting, alarm parking, and tension digital display.

1.Q: What is your machine warranty period?
A: We insist only produce high quality machine with best price. We never produce low quality machine with lowest price. So we trust our machine quality well, we promised all of the machines we produce the warranty period is 12 months. Because we believe our machine quality, so we dare to Extended warranties!
2. Q: We do not know how to operate machine, how to deal?
A. We can send our engineer to your site and do the training for your men. You just only bear the cost for our engineer's air ticket, accommodation, food and transposition in your country.
B. You can send your men to our factory. We will teach them how to operate the machine without training charges.
C. Actually there are another cheap and easy way to choose. Every machine leave our factory with one book of operation manual. You can read through the manual first ,and get familiar with the machine. Then we can get a video call, and teach you on-line how to operate the machine.
3. Q: If the machine has some problems, during we using, how to deal?
A: 12 months for the whole machine. Within 12 months under normal use and maintenance, if something is wrong with the machine, you will get spare part for free.Out of 12 months, you will get spare parts at cost price. You will also get technical support and service all the lifetime.
4.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. We always regard great importance to quality controlling from the very small thing(even a small screw we will choose the best quality) from the beginning.
