Product Introduction
MTW European grinding machine is the chief engineer of our company, a wear-resistant equipment expert. On the basis of many years of engaging in the design of European grinding machine, it has absorbed European grinding technology and concept, and has a number of improved new grinding equipment such as bevel gear overall transmission, internal thin oil lubrication system, arc air duct, etc. The European version of the flour mill with large output, low energy consumption and advanced production capacity meets the production needs of customers' 1.6-0.045mm fine powder.
Equipment Features and Advantages
1. The overall transmission of bevel gears significantly improves the efficiency.
2. The bevel gear integral transmission is adopted, the transmission is stable, the transmission chain is reduced, the transmission ratio is accurate, and the energy loss is sharply reduced; the structure is compact, the installation and adjustment are convenient and fast, and the efficiency is significantly improved.
3. The three major transmission components are all lubricated by dilute oil.
4. The mainframe, fan and powder selector are all lubricated by thin oil. Without adding an oil pump or lubrication station, the lubrication of spindle bearings and bevel gear shaft bearings can be realized. At the same time, a water cooling device is adopted to significantly improve the service life of the main bearing system.
5. Adopt variable frequency powder sorting machine to improve the efficiency of powder selection and powder collection.

The motor of the variable-frequency powder separator has high efficiency and energy-saving, F-level insulation, and the protection level is IP54; the isolation structure is adopted between the inner cylinder of the powder separator and the mixed gas powder flow, which effectively improves the efficiency and accuracy of powder selection.
7. Adopt start-up control technology to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment.

The control cabinet adopts a soft starter to start the fan and host, which is easier to start and more reliable; intelligent digital technology is used to protect the host overcurrent: the intelligent instrument collects the host current through the transformer to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.
9. The curved surface can change the blade and shovel to improve the material utilization rate.
10. The blade is made of highly wear-resistant alloy material, and the blade part only needs to be replaced to improve the material utilization rate; the curved shovel can guide the material inside, increasing the effective working area, thus increasing the output.
