We spearheaded the development of a novel pressureless sintering process for SB4C and developed our own cutting-edge sintering furnace with refined temperature field control technology. This breakthrough amplifies a single furnace's output by tenfold, halves the sintering cycle, and slashes costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our pioneering process has garnered three invention patents.
•High Purity
As trailblazers, we developed a nano-boron carbide powder process technology and proprietary powder grinding equipment with advanced grinding media. This innovation allows us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving a purity level of up to 99% with a particle size of D50≤150nm. This significant achievement has been awarded two invention patents.

Our state-of-the-art facilities include 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring unparalleled production efficiency.
