

Ridge laminating machine is a kind of mechanical equipment widely used in agricultural production. It can efficiently complete ridge-forming and film-covering operations, greatly improving the operation efficiency of farmland. This machine is usually composed of a rotary tillage and soil-breaking part, a ridge-forming and shaping part, and a film-covering and soil-pressing part. The rotary tillage and soil-breaking part turns up and breaks the soil through a disc plow and a rotary tillage blade shaft, the ridge-forming part adjusts the height and compaction of the ridge through a drag plate and a pressure roller, and the film-covering and soil-pressing part is responsible for unfolding the ground film and fixing it on the ridge surface.
The working principle of the ridging and film-covering machine is to use the power output shaft (PTO) of the tractor to drive the machine, and complete the rotary tillage, ridging and film-covering operations through the cooperation of the gearbox and the blade shaft.
