An ATC reduces production time by automatically changing cutters between tool paths, thus eliminating the need for the CNC operator to change and zero tools individually. The ATC allows the router to do the full job, even when different tooling is required to make different types of cuts - like cabinets and furniture - or where different bits are needed for roughing and finishing passes - like signs and complex 3D carvings. A machine equipped with an ATC can perform operations normally done on other pieces of equipment, eliminating the need for additional machine.
One of the most important parts of any wood machine is the spindle system. We use Italian HQD Spindles on our ATC CNC Router machines, with unrivaled speed and performance you know you have made the right choice. Our ATC's come complete with 9KW rated units.

Linear tool changer
Our Auto Tool Change System swaps out tools on the fly when required by your tool path, lets say you are processing 2 types of cuts that require different tools, the software will automatically tell the wood machine to locate the correct tool from the rack (which holds up-to 10 tools).
Once it has located the tool, your job will carry on until it completes. This saves you precious manufacturing time which in turn helps increase margins.
We use the famous Taiwan syntec control system, which makes the operation of the machine more convenient and the machine work more accurately.
Compared with traditional pumps, modern vacuum pumps can achieve higher pumping speeds with lower energy consumption. Secondly, the vacuum pump can also automatically adjust the power according to the changes in the pressure inside the container to avoid noise and wear caused by excessive energy consumption. We ues the Delta inverter ,inverter on the machine is mainly used to control spindle' star,stop,and adjust spindle speed.
Locating cylinders simplifies operation and saves time by ensuring the same feeding position each time, eliminating the need to repeatedly define the origin of the workpiece. In addition, the positioning cylinder also has the "out-of-line" protection function, when the cylinder spindle is extended, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent the tool from hitting the cylinder and causing loss, ensuring the safety of the processing process.
