•Lower Cost
Leading the industry, we developed a revolutionary pressureless sintering process for SB4C and designed our own cutting-edge sintering furnace, featuring advanced temperature field control technology. This process elevates the output of a single furnace by an astonishing tenfold, reduces the sintering cycle by half, and slashes costs by more than 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our pioneering advancements have earned us three prestigious invention patents.
•High Purity
As pioneers, we devised an innovative nano-boron carbide powder process technology and developed proprietary equipment for powder grinding, along with advanced grinding media. This breakthrough allowed us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an unparalleled purity level of up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Two invention patents have been awarded for this remarkable achievement.

Our infrastructure includes 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines.

With 17 years of dedicated research and advancement in ceramics, Jicheng has established a robust closed-loop quality control system.
