HM PT-I series Automatic Mixing Tank System
]Usage: HM PT-I series Automatic Mixing Tank is full sanitary designed and made according to pharmaceutical cGMP regulations & pressure vessel standards. It is widely used in medicine solution preparation and formulation, powder dissolution, solution mixing and holding storage in:HM PT-I series Automatic Mixing Tank System

Function and Features:
1.Sanitary bottom mounted Magnetic agitator 50-800rpm or top mounted mechanic agitator 30-120rpm for mixing the solution.
2.The agitator speed can be adjustable by frequency inverter.
3.Tank inner shell is made by stainless steel sus316L or sus304, mirror polishing Ra≤0.4µm, the outside is made by sus304 Mat-finishing or Mirror polished with Ra≤0.8µm.
4.SIEMENS PLC and Touch Screen Automatic Control System with automatic valves operation.
5.Adopt quick-connected Tri-clamp type connection.
6.GMP Validation documents (certificate, IQ, OQ protocol).

Suitable: fermentation in lab scale, pilot test, optimization of fermenting parameters, medium selection and test of fermentation technics or bacteria seeds, and in large production scale.
