Wire Nail Making Process
The process to make the nails: first, by using nail making machine; then polish the nails by using polish machine to get the finished nails bright and good looking, lastly, you can pack wire nails in carton or bags by hand. However, you can also draw the wire as you required by using wire drawing machine by yourself.

The function of wire drawing machine is used to draw the wires into smaller size as you required Usually the original wire diameter in the market is 6.5 mm or 5.5 mm, the function of the wire drawing machine is to draw the 6.5 mm wire to different diameter for making nails ,such as 3.4mm,2.8mm etc.
Z94-4C series Nail making machine:
The function of nail making machine is to make the nails into different size through adjust the nail making machine. It needs to put the suitable wire diameter into the entrance of the nail making machine, then start the nail making machine, it will finish nail making automatically.
Polish machine:
It is auxiliary equipment of nail making machine. After the nails made by the nail making machine, it will be not very bright. then needs to use the polish machine to polish the nails to make it brighter, black and anti-rust.
