Gardenia Red is a gardenia powder product made from fresh gardenia fruit, washed, selected, extracted (or squeezed), concentrated, powdered; or diluted, filtered, concentrated, sprayed, and packaged. It is soluble in hydrophilic media such as water and ethanol, and can be widely used in food and beverages, jelly, ice cream, cakes, etc.
Physical and chemical properties:
It is easily soluble in hot water, water-containing ethanol, water-containing propylene glycol, and insoluble in organic solvents such as ethyl acetate; the pigment has bright color, strong coloring power, good light resistance and heat resistance.
